Oliver Panis celebrates his one and only Grand Prix win, with the Ligier JS43, at the Grand Prix de Monaco in 1996. The race is famous for the lowest number of finishing cars (only three), and also for the lowest starting position to win a race. Mr. Panis qualified for 14th.
