Carlos Reutemann defied his team orders to let Alan Jones past to win the Grande Prèmio do Brasil in 1981. His contract said that in a case that the William FW07C:s were in a 1-2 position, Mr. Jones were supposed to win. The Argentinian did not want to let this Grand Prix slip away and took the checkered flag 4,4 seconds infront of his teammate.
